Pegasus International was awarded by TGTDCL the engineering consultancy and project management services.
The scope of work includes:
Task A: Services for Pre-Construction Stage
A.1 Project Management
A.2 Update and Upgrade of Data / Information of Existing Studies
A.3 Basic Design and Engineering
A.4 Procurement Assistance
A.5 Institutional Development
PROJECT DESCRIPTION :
The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh received financing (credit) from JICA toward the project for the installation of 200,000 pre-paid gas meters in the Dhaka Metropolitan Area and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the Consulting Services for the supervision of implementation of the Project. TGTDCL employ Pegasus International for the contract to manage and supervise the implementation of the Project.
The scope of the project is summarized as follows:
1) Installation of Pre-paid Gas Meters
2) Installation of WEB System for Pre-paid Gas Meter System
3) Training for Operation and Maintenance Staff of TGTDCL.
Task B: Services for Construction Stage :
B.1 Project management at all levels including periodic review of budget estimate and administration of project cash flows
B.2 Project management for new town area installation on planning coordination with RAJUK etc.
B.3 Supervision for Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Testing
B.4 Public Awareness Campaign
B.5 Examination for the rise of gas price
B.6 Institutional Development
B.7 Assist TGTDCL for customer management required for the installation of pre-paid meters
Task C: Services for Post Construction Stage :
